Kris Bajada Launches Official Campaign for KSU Presidency

Posted On February 26, 2020

On Wednesday the 26th of February at 12:30pm on Quadrangle Kris Bajada officially launched his campaign for Presidency of KSU. He gave his speech while promising a list of things, the main object being that of change.

Kris Bajada is going up against the two major parties, Pulse and SDM, that according to him have caused a divide within the university. University politics cannot represent the whole or the majority of the student body if it continues to be divided by partisan politics, according to Bajda.

“Only and independent can unite a divided university, only an independent can cross party lines, only an independent can get the job done” harped Bajada proudly as he gave his speech.

He has promised to be the person who is willing and capable to work with any person necessary to fix the following issues, amongst others:

  • The continual Paring Problem
  • Neglection of the environment
  • The Engineering Warrant
  • The Timetable Fiasco
  • Stipend discrepancies
  • Science Lab renovation

By being an independent candidate Bajada also claims that he will “not ignore the proposals from opposing ideologies” and that he will judge based solely on their merit.
